As unusual as a Looney Tunes theme may seem, who are we to argue with movie stars who have the funds to hire professional party planners that have access to any kind of party supplies and decorations in the world? Besides, I’ve always been rather fond of Tweety Bird and find the prospect of decorating with those bright yellow, orange and blue colors rather cheerful.
